Our Team

Will has worked in Agricultural Finance for 40 years!  Based in the South West he has a wealth of experience.

He set up AFS in 2000 and has now been joined by his wife Debbie and their 2 sons.

He enjoys Gardening and DIY.

Will is the Complaints Manager for Asset Finance Solutions.

Charlie joined the family business in 2007, prior to this he attended Swansea University and he worked as a Recruitment Consultant in Taunton & Bristol.  

He lives in Taunton with his wife and daughter Mollie and enjoys most sports.

Chris lives in Torquay and covers Devon and Cornwall.

Before joining the family at AFS he was an Account Manager selling Marble, Granite and Tiles in the South West.  In joining AFS we now have succession for the future.

Chris is married and has two daughters.  He is a keen mountain biker and participates in endurance events throughout the U.K.

Debbie is responsible for Admin and Compliance, she has worked alongside Will for all of their married life, joining AFS in 2001.  

Debbie’s life outside of AFS is just as busy as life in work.  Charity cycle rides all around the world and spending as much time as possible with her Grandaughters.
